Purposes and grounds for data processing:

 

◇    Your personal data is processed
based on Article. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR,
i.e. based on the necessity of processing
for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.

◇    Legally justified interests pursued by Mental Path Group Sp. z o. o. they consist in conducting an interview, preparing a diagnosis and/or opinion, issuing a certificate, conducting consultations, psychotherapy, Jungian psychoanalysis or speech therapy.

◇    Your personal data is processed manually in order to conduct a diagnosis interview, consultation, psychotherapy, Jungian psychoanalysis, speech therapy, as well as by computer in order to create a record and prepare an opinion, describe the results of the diagnosis or write a certificate.

 

 

Data storage period:

 

 

◇    Your data is stored for 5 years,
after this period, they are destroyed. Your personal data is protected and covered by the professional secrecy of the profession of psychologist, psychotherapist and doctor.

◇    Except by written court order, no other third party is the recipient of your data.

◇    When an invoice is issued for a service, your data is transferred to the accounting office.

◇    When using the online service, Mental Path Group Sp. z o. o. delegates supervision over the security of personal data to the ICT service provider.
